Who is http://fusa-cc.com/? We’re are FirstUSA Business Development, Inc. located in Tampa, Florida. We build websites and provide online marketing. We’ve been in business since 2013.
What is this charge for? This is either a recurring charge for your website or social media marketing, or it’s an Initial Payment for the contract you signed with FirstUSA. We sent you an invoice to your email of record and you paid the invoice from your phone, tablet, office or home.
Can we get an invoice for the charges? You can log into your account, click the Invoices tab, and you’ll see a list of all the invoices we’ve sent.
Doesn’t ring a bell? If the product or services names above don’t ring a bell, you may want to request a copy of your contract and invoices for FirstUSA. They will provide them at no charge either by U.S mail or E-Mail. We’ve found that 95% of the time the confusion arises from not having these documents in front of you to review.
Can we get an invoice for the charges? Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you provided when you/they signed up. If the charge is for Services or Products, you can log into your account by clicking here. This link will take you to your customer center to view your invoice. If you don’t have your login information, call the customer service number above and we will provide it to you.
How do I cancel my account? If you know the product you’re signed up for you can cancel your account at any time. Just send us an email to email@example.com. Once you request to cancel, FirstUSA will call you to follow the procedure that is in the signed contract. Once you’ve cancelled you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for all previously incurred charges.
Can we get a refund? We understand that there may be circumstances that require additional consideration. We offer a Refund Request Form that allows us to give a Full or Partial Refund in certain situation even after your cancelation period has ended; so long as long you have not disputed your credit card charge. We make it easy. We don’t have long-term contracts, lock-in monthly services, sign-up or termination fees. Just pay for your services and products, then pay as you go and cancel when you’re done.
